MU SIGNS MOU WITH SAUDI ARABIAN SPORT CULTURE FEDERATION

At the request of MU rector, Prof. Saleh Al-Mezal, and in the presence of the vice-rector for educational affairs, Prof. Muhammad Al-Aboudi, the CEO of Applied College, Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwaier, and the vice-dean for educational affairs, Dr. Abdullah Al-Saadoun, MU signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with The Saudi Arabian Sport Culture Federation for training , employment, exchange of experiences and consultations, and conducting educational programs.

The MoU, which was signed by the vice-rector, Prof. Al-Aboudi and the president of the Federation, Prof. Sulaiman Al-Jaloud, aims to spread awareness about the importance of sports and sporting values. It also strives to educate the Saudi citizens about the laws and history of sports and to develop among them a sense of tolerance.

This agreement manifests the mutual interest of and strategic cooperation in multiple fields with a particular focus on training and consultation that serve sports in the Kingdom. It also contributes to improving students' skills to meet the growing demand of the labor market and in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
