This unit is responsible for achieving development, leadership and sustainable development in the region via partnerships with governmental and private institutions. The unit also aims to graduate and trainee to master both knowledge and scientific and applied practice in his specialization. It seeks to evaluate to students' mastery of what they learned to meet the needs of the labor market.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Preparing an executive plan for the unit
Set a strategic plan on how to activate partnerships between the Applied College and private and public sectors in Riyadh as well as other regions in Saudi Arabia.
Signing agreements with local and international educational training centers to help students learning the various professional skills that the labor market demands.
Implementing partnerships with public and private institutions in Riyadh and other regions in Saudi Arabia to serve various segments of society.
Holding workshops and seminars to spread the culture of work development via partnerships with governmental and private institutions and organizations.
Outline the accredited professional certificates in Saudi Arabia in line with the specialization of students that are demanded by the labor market.
Set a plan to qualify students at the college to improve their efficiency in the public and private sectors.
Determine the scientific and training content that needs to be added to the college's programs to be compatible with the professional certificates.
Approving experimental tests to ensure that students and trainees in the administrative and financial fields acquire the basic and technical skills to pass the professional certificates.
Coordinating with other units at the university.
Determining performance indicators of the unit's business and measuring them.
Submitting reports on the unit's performance each semester.
