This unit is responsible for supervising field training courses and coordinating between the college's specialized units and companies.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Develop an executive plan for the unit's business.
Set mechanisms and instructions for field training.
List all training fields and organizations in different specializations at the college.
Coordinate with training bodies about students' performance.
Help students to adapt to the work environment and bear responsibility, learn how to write technical reports, develop students' communication skills with others and engage them in open discussions.
Allow companies to evaluate students' performance and recruit excellent ones after graduation.
Provide students with successful experiences.
Coordinating with other units at the university.
Determining performance indicators of the unit's business and measuring them.
Submitting reports on the unit's performance each semester.
