Student Affairs Unit

This unit is responsible for providing services that enhance students' academic and personal experience. The unit seeks to create a stimulating educational environment by following up on student affairs and supporting student activities.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Preparing an executive plan for the unit.

Educating students about the systems and regulations.

Educating students about their rights and how to gain them via legal and official channels.

Providing the necessary academic and non-academic consultations to students problems.

Investigating complaints and grievances submitted by students and referring them to the competent committee.

Improving student's ability to read and comprehend beyond the textbook.

Following up on student activities and services 

Establishing student clubs in available fields.

Coordinating with other units at the university.

Determining performance indicators of the unit's business and measuring them.

Submitting reports on the unit's performance each semester.
