1. Preparing an executive plan for the unit.
2. Developing students' skills to meet the demand of the labor market.
3. Creating a sustainable, constructive relationship between graduates and colleges.
4. Assisting graduates in completing graduation procedures and holding graduation ceremonies.
5. Assisting graduates in searching for vocational training and job opportunities.
6. Creating a database for graduates and update it continuously.
7. Providing assistance to graduates to complete their postgraduate studies.
8. Coordinating with other units at the university.
9. Determining performance indicators of the unit's business and measuring them.
10. Submitting reports on the unit's performance each semester.
