Academic Advising Unit

Academic guidance is essential in university education. It aims to guide students to have better academic results and adapt to the university environment by learning academic skills.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Developing an executive plan for the unit.

Supervising academic advisors, distributing students to faculty members in the college, and following up on cases submitted to the unit.

Prepare new students for the university life and the study system via orientation programs

Following up on students academically and providing them with suggestions and advice to improve their academic achievement

Helping underachieving students academically to improve their academic performance

Supporting outstanding students and talented students.

Coordinating with other units at the university.

Determining performance indicators of the unit's business and measuring them.

Submitting reports on the unit's performance each semester.
