Programs and Plans Unit

This unit is responsible for designing and approving study plans to improve the educational outcomes and align them with the academic accreditation standards. It also ensures that the preparation and distribution of study timetables match the specializations of the teaching staff.

Tasks and responsibilities:

1. Approving general policies for educational and academic affairs, programs and strategies for branches.

2. Setting the necessary specifications and standards for preparing study plans and programs in accordance with the standards of the National Authority for Evaluation and Academic Accreditation.

3. Studying and evaluating study plans and programs according to standards, controls and mechanisms and recommending their approval.

4. Developing study plans and programs and supporting and assisting specialized units to achieve high-quality study plans.

5. Raising the efficiency of staff in the field of study plans and programs.

6. Following up on the study plan committees in specialized units and their activities to evaluate and improve them.

7. Follow up on the preparation of study timetables and their fair distribution to faculty members according to their specializations.

8. Implementing the regulations and organizational rules of the studies and examinations regulations.

9. Following up on the preparation of study timetables for students in academic departments and coordinating with other colleges in cooperation with the Deanship of Admission and Registration.

10. Discussing the performance indicators of programs and study plans and their reports.
