The activities of the "Human Capacity Development Initiative" program came to an end by organizing a training course entitled "Human Resources Management in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030".
The course was presented by the Executive director of the College, Dr. Adi Al-Buqami, who highlighted the modern foundations of human resources management and how to align them with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, stressing the importance of building human competencies as the cornerstone for achieving sustainable development.
The course was attended by employees of government entities from various sectors and discussed the most important challenges and opportunities in the field of human resources development as well as the strategies for enhancing efficiency and productivity in the work environment.
This course comes within the efforts of the Applied College to enhance a partnership with the local community and support national development plans by providing specialized training programs that contribute to developing skills and building capacities.
