The Student Affairs Unit at Applied College organizes a student visit to the Central Library

The Student Affairs Unit at the Applied College in Majmaah organized a student visit to the Central Library at Majmaah University. This is part of the orientation week activities that aim to introduce new students to the university’s facilities to enhance their academic experience.

During the visit, the students were briefed on the library’s various facilities, including the References and Periodicals Department, the Borrowing Department, and the Digital Library.

They also listened to a detailed explanation of the services provided by the library including providing reliable scientific sources, advanced electronic databases, and search and borrowing services.

The library team gave a presentation on the initiatives it launches to support students and faculty members, such as educational workshops on how to use the digital library, and training programs on advanced research techniques.

This visit aimed to educate students about the importance of the library as a primary source of information and knowledge, and to encourage them to invest its resources in supporting their studies and academic research.
