A group of students from the “Professionals” Club at the Applied College took part in the activities of Traffic Safety Week, organized by the Center for Traffic Safety 'Salik' in collaboration with the General Administration of Libraries and Knowledge Resources at the university’s Central Library.
The event was inaugurated by the Vice-Rector for Development and Investment, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, in the presence of several regional traffic department directors. During the event, the Vice-Rector met with university students, including members of the “Professionals” Club, as they participated in panel discussions and educational reading sessions promoting traffic safety awareness. These sessions featured various knowledge resources and educational materials available in the library.
Prof. Al-Dosari also oversaw the awareness efforts and traffic education programs presented during the event, commending the active involvement of the students and the collaborating entities in promoting initiatives aimed at enhancing traffic safety awareness within the university community.
At the close of the event, the Vice-Rector honored representatives from the Traffic Departments of Zulfi and Ghat Governorates in appreciation of their contributions to fostering a culture of traffic safety.
