Applied College Students earn 1,000 Training Certificates in SDAIA’s “One Million Saudis in Artificial Intelligence” Initiative

As part of its ongoing efforts to enhance digital skills and support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, the Applied College, represented by the Professional Certificates Unit, has launched the “One Million Saudis in Artificial Intelligence” initiative. This initiative is one of the national programs introduced by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).

The initiative was launched by Dr. Shadi Al-Shuwayer, CEO of the Applied College, across the college’s branches in Majmaah, Zulfi, and Remah.

During the launch, Dr. Al-Shuwayer highlighted the importance of the initiative in empowering students with future skills, fostering a culture of innovation and artificial intelligence, and preparing national talent capable of thriving in the digital economy.

Through joint efforts across its units, the Applied College achieved a remarkable milestone as students earned over 1,000 training certificates in areas related to AI principles, concepts, and practical applications. This accomplishment reflects the college’s commitment to developing students’ technical and digital capabilities.
