Posted in 2025-12-02

The Applied College, represented by the Alumni Affairs Unit, organized an initiative to strengthen students’ sense of responsibility and belonging, enhance their leadership and personal skills, and connect them with the achievements of outstanding alumnae across various fields.

The students were asked to design small projects and to set up booths and exhibitions showcasing the unique contributions of distinguished graduates. This allowed students to explore previous accomplishments and draw inspiration to develop their personal and academic skills. The program also offered interactive workshops focused on enhancing creative thinking, teamwork, and small project management, in addition to strengthening students’ planning, organizational, and responsibility-taking skills.

The initiative witnessed active participation from students who presented their creative work and projects and received practical guidance on transforming ideas into actionable initiatives. The Alumni Affairs Unit pointed out that the initiative seeks to link students with the experiences of successful graduates and to promote values of innovation, initiative, and excellence to prepare a conscious generation capable of meeting the challenges of the labor market and society.

This initiative is part of a series of programs by the Applied College aimed at empowering female students, equipping them with leadership and personal skills, and enhancing their active engagement in the community, reflecting the college’s role in preparing qualified and creative individuals capable of making a positive impact in various fields.
