Applied College conducts a Training on Change Management and Self-Development

The Applied College in Majmaah (Female campus) organized a training course titled “Change Methodology and Self-Development.” This initiative is part of the College’s ongoing efforts to empower female students and enhance their personal and professional skills in line with evolving demands.

The course aimed to introduce students to the concept of positive change and its importance in building a balanced personality capable of facing challenges. It also provided essential self-development skills, including goal setting, time management, building self-confidence, and developing positive habits that contribute to success on both personal and professional levels.

The training covered several key themes, including effective change strategies, overcoming internal and external challenges, and building sustainable self-development plans. It also included practical applications and interactive activities that encouraged participation and motivated students to adopt continuous self-improvement practices.

This course is part of a series of initiatives offered by the Applied College to investing in human capital and supporting national development goals in alignment with Saudi Vision 2030.
