Under the patronage of the Vice Rector for Educational Affairs, Prof. Mohammed Al-Aboudi, the Applied College, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Majmaah University Hotel Company (Dusit Princess).

This memorandum reflects the principle of collaboration to achieve mutual goals and serve the public interest. It also strengthens community partnerships across various sectors, particularly the private sector, by providing strategic cooperation in areas such as training, consultancy, and employment opportunities.

The agreement also aims to develop students’ skills and competencies, supply the labor market with qualified graduates, and support the management of events and activities within the areas of cooperation. This aligns with the priorities of Saudi Vision 2030, especially as the Tourism and Recreation Management Diploma is one of the academic programs designed to meet the needs of the tourism and entertainment sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The agreement was signed on behalf of the Applied College by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Shadi Al-Shawayer, and on behalf of Dusit Princess Majmaah University Hotel Company by Dr. Saleh Al-Rashidi, Director of the Investment Fund.
