The Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON) has thanked Majmaah University, represented by the Applied College, for its outstanding collaboration in strengthening links between higher education and industry.

In a letter of appreciation, MODON commended the University's efforts in aligning academic outcomes with labor market needs, particularly within the industrial sector. The partnership has led to several impactful initiatives, including cooperative training opportunities for more than 450 students, as well as student participation in a range of industrial and community engagement activities.

The collaboration also resulted in the launch of the Diploma in Industrial Engineering Technology, the first program of its kind at a Saudi university. The partnership has also provided direct employment opportunities for 47 graduates, supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 by preparing highly skilled national talent to meet the needs of the Kingdom's growing industrial sector.
