Under the patronage of the dean of College of Engineering, Dr. Saleh Al-Dahsh, and under the supervision of the vice-dean for graduate studies and scientific research, Dr. Anas Al-Munif, the Community Service Unit conducted a virtual workshop entitled “Entrepreneurship and small-scale projects”.
Presented by the head of Electrical Engineering Department, Dr. Naif Al-Buqmi and the participation of the student Mohammed Al-Osailan, the workshop featured multiple topics including:
- Explaining the concept of Entrepreneurship and small-scale projects
- Ways of success in Entrepreneurship and most notable theories
- Importance of Entrepreneurship for serving local community
- Highlighting successful local and international stories in Entrepreneurship and small-scale projects
- Free of charge services provided by public sectors to Entrepreneurship and small-scale projects
- The student Al-Osailan shared his experience in entrepreneurship and how he became successful
