The Deanship of Admission and Registration is pleased to extend its sincere congratulations on your graduation and wishes you a future filled with success and achievement. To ensure a graduation ceremony that reflects the excellence of both the graduates and the university, please carefully follow the instructions below:

First: Entry Times and Venue Details

• Gates will open to استقبال graduates and guests at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, 19/11/1447H.

• All graduates must be present in the gathering area on the first floor by 3:00 PM and stand in front of the designated sign for their college.

• Ceremony Venue: Majmaah City – Administration and Supporting Deanships Building No. (3).

Second: Entry Procedure (Tawakkalna Invitations)

• Entry to the ceremony venue is limited to graduates and guests holding the official invitation, which can only be accessed through the Tawakkalna application.

• Each graduate may invite one guest only through the following link: https://gi.mu.edu.sa/
  Please note that the invitation card will be activated two hours after submitting the request. Entry will not be permitted without a valid invitation displayed through the Tawakkalna application. Screenshots or images of invitations will not be accepted.

• Attendance is restricted to men only.

Third: Official Dress Code

Participation in the graduation procession requires full adherence to the official national dress code as follows:

• Bisht provided by the university

• White thobe with white ghutra and agal

• Black shoes

Fourth: To Ensure a Smooth and Successful Ceremony

• Please walk in an orderly manner behind your colleague and avoid stopping during the procession for photography, receiving gifts, or any other reason.

• While seated, do not leave empty spaces between you and your colleague.

• Standing or leaving the seating area during the ceremony is not permitted.

• Full cooperation with the procession organizers and adherence to instructions are highly appreciated to ensure the smooth flow of the ceremony.
