Dear Graduate,

The Deanship of Admission and Registration is pleased to extend its warmest congratulations on your graduation and wishes you a future filled with success and achievement.

To ensure a well-organized graduation ceremony that reflects the excellence of both the graduates and the university, please carefully follow the instructions below.

First: Arrival Time and Venue Details

• The ceremony venue gates for graduates and invited guests will open at 8:30 AM on Thursday, 20/11/1447 AH.

• All graduates must arrive at the gathering area on the first floor by 9:30 AM and stand in front of the designated sign for their college.

• Venue: Majmaah City – Administration and Supporting Deanships Building No. (3)
  Location: Google Maps Location

Second: Entry Procedures (Tawakkalna Invitations)

• Entry to the ceremony venue is limited to graduates and invited guests holding the official invitation, which can only be accessed through the Tawakkalna App.

• Each graduate is entitled to invite one guest only through the following link:
  Graduation Invitation Portal

• Please note that the invitation card will be activated two hours after submitting the request.

• Entry will not be permitted without the official invitation displayed directly through the application. Screenshots or images of the invitation will not be accepted.

• Attendance is limited to women only.

Third: Important Notes

• Graduates are expected to wear modest attire appropriate for the university environment and must wear the graduation gown provided by the Deanship of Admission and Registration.

• Photography is only permitted in designated areas. Photographing others outside permitted areas may result in legal accountability.

• Flowers, gifts, and similar items are not allowed inside the ceremony venue.

Fourth: To Ensure a Smooth and Successful Ceremony

• Please walk in order behind your colleague and avoid stopping during the procession for photography, receiving gifts, or any other reason.

• While seated, do not leave empty spaces between you and your colleagues.

• Standing up or leaving the seating platform during the ceremony is not permitted.

• Please cooperate fully with the procession organizers and follow all instructions to ensure the smooth flow of the ceremony.
