Based on the directives of His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Muqrin, and based on the university's distinguished participation in providing health services during the last Hajj season, and within the framework of the plan of activities and programs provided by the Deanship of Student Affairs, the university, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, participates in serving the guests of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from the pilgrims of the Sacred House of God for this year's Hajj season 1435 AH, which was represented in the participation of (20) university students in providing health services to pilgrims. The Sacred House of God, in cooperation with the Saudi Red Crescent Authority, after passing a number of specialized training courses in the field of first aid, providing health services and dealing with patients and paramedics.
This was mentioned by His Excellency the Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Qumaizi, who explained that the university administration, represented by His Excellency the President of the University and His Excellency the Vice President for Educational Affairs, pays great attention to such national participations, which contribute to the development of Islamic and national values in the hearts of students, as well as contribute to the development of their talents and abilities, and develop their experience in the field of their medical specialties.
Dr. Al-Qumaizi explained that this participation comes within the university's contribution with other government sectors to serve the pilgrims, and that the university also participates with more than (20) rovers who participate with the Saudi Scout Association in serving the pilgrims, and that the rovers also received a number of courses that qualify them to participate actively in this service.
Dr. Al-Qumaizi expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Khaled Al-Muqrin, for the support and guidance received by the Deanship of Student Affairs from His Excellency, which contributes effectively to the excellence of the Deanship and the quality of its programs, as well as his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Vice President for Educational Affairs, Prof. Muhammad Al-Rukban, for the continuous follow-up that the Deanship receives from His Excellency. Within the framework of the university's efforts to support volunteer work enablers, the university, represented by the Volunteer Work Center, held a celebration on the occasion of the Saudi and International Volunteer Day to honor individuals and volunteer bodies at the university, under the patronage of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Mizil, and in the presence of university vice-rectors, deans and directors of departments, institutes and centers.
During the ceremony, Dr. Faisal Al-Mutairi, supervisor of volunteer work, indicated through a speech on this occasion that the university, praise be to God, has made outstanding steps in the field of institutional rooting for volunteer work, which contributed to making a qualitative leap in enabling volunteer work at the university, pointing out that the university has made achievements on the institutional side through the establishment of the volunteer work center and the completion of its guides and plans, participation in the national platform for volunteer work, and registration of university entities in the platform, as well as On the side of volunteer activities, where the university has achieved achievements in the number of volunteers amounting to 3800 volunteers, as well as in the field of volunteer opportunities, which amounted to approximately 1900 opportunities, as well as in the field of volunteer hours, where it amounted to more than 160 thousand volunteer hours, and the university's employees achieved national awards in the field of volunteering in the years 2020, 2021 and 2022 AD, adding that the university is launching a number of initiatives for the year 2023, as it hopes through the center's operational plan In improving the number of entities active for volunteer work, as well as the number of opportunities and the number of volunteers.
He concluded his speech by thanking His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Mizil, for his continuous support for all development enablers at the university, and for all university entities and employees for their contribution to this empowerment, and for the work team at the Volunteer Work Center.

The University Medical Center, represented by the nursing staff, participated with its medical services in the Saudi Cycling Federation Championship, the excellent category for men and women, which was held in Majmaah Governorate and Jalajil for two days 10-11/3/2023, during which the center provided the necessary ambulatory and therapeutic services to the racers, and the transfer of cases through the center's ambulance, and this community gesture comes in cooperation with the Sports Authority Office in Majmaah.

Within the framework of activating the partnership with the Human Association, the Vice Presidency for Female Student Affairs sponsored the Productive Families Exhibition, which was held in the lobby of the Institute of Studies and Consulting Services in the female student complex in the (College of Computer) on Thursday 5/5/1443 AH. Which included the productive families of the Ensan Association and their products were displayed, and there was an activity corner for the children of the Ensan Association and symbolic gifts were presented to them. The exhibition was attended by a number of university leaders and employees, and the exhibition was concluded, stressing the university's continued support for social responsibility and community service to achieve the ambitious vision of the country.

Under the guidance and supervision of His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Nasser bin Ali Al-Jarallah, and within the voluntary programs provided by the College of Applied Medical Sciences, the College participated in cooperation with the Saudi Red Crescent Society in serving the guests of Rahman for the Hajj season 1433 AH, where preparations began before the Hajj season by establishing a full training day at the headquarters of the Red Crescent in Majmaah at the beginning of the month of Dhu al-Hijjah, and then the mission went to the holy sites in Makkah Al-Mukarramah to provide all the medical and emergency assistance required by the pilgrim, where The Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences stated that the college, in order to achieve its goals with the participation of the community and in implementation of the directives of His Excellency the President of the University, Dr. Khalid bin Saad Al-Muqrin, has formed a team of distinguished students and began to train them in order to contribute with government sectors and institutions in the service of pilgrims and that this matter is a religious and national duty, and we in the college are ready to provide what benefits the public interest.
13 students from Majmaah University participated this year within the health teams that were present in the Hajj to provide health services under the umbrella of the Saudi Red Crescent and the World Assembly of Muslim Youth within the volunteer team consisting of all over our dear Kingdom in various disciplines..
For his part, the Dean of Student Affairs at Majmaah University, Dr. Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Qumaizi, said that the university had the honor to participate in this year's Hajj through a group of students from all health colleges, namely the Colleges of Medicine and Applied Medical Sciences, where the students provided all medical services and assistance to pilgrims, and the volunteers won the confidence of the Saudi Red Crescent and the World Assembly of Muslim Youth for their qualification and serious desire to serve the guests of Rahman, where Majmaah University volunteers were prepared. The necessary medical courses provided by the Saudi Red Crescent and coordinated by the Deanship of Student Affairs earlier.

Hani Al-Enezi from the College of Medicine adds that it is a source of pride for the Saudi Red Crescent Authority's confidence in us as volunteers and providing us with the opportunity to serve the guests of Rahman in the most honorable parts of the earth, which gives us the necessary experience in dealing with and dealing with emergency cases, in addition to conveying an honorable image to the youth of our generous country and the extent of the authenticity of the culture of volunteering in it based on the principles of our true religion. Fawaz Al-Sunaid stated that serving the guests of Rahman and the pilgrims of his house is a great honor, we thank God Almighty to be pleased with us and grant us success. Within the framework of the plan of the University Vice-Rectorate represented by the Social Responsibility Observatory, to build bridges of services with various community bodies in the geographical scope of the university, and based on the care given by the university to the houses of God in line with the directives of His Excellency the President of the University - may God protect him - in this regard, and in support of the university's orientation in involving the student in the work directed to community service and with the follow-up of the Vice President of the University, Dr. Musallam bin Muhammad Al-Dosari, the University Vice-Rectorate implemented through the Local Development Programs Unit at the Observatory and in full coordination with the Department of Islamic Affairs And mosques, advocacy and guidance in the province of Majmaah The first phase of the project to take care of the houses of God, which was launched by the Observatory in coordination with the administration, where a team of university students visited a group of mosques in the province were identified according to the plan set by the unit and in coordination with the Department of Mosques and worked to clean them and arrange the Qur'an in the places designated for them and perfume the corridors of mosques contained at this stage.
On this occasion, His Excellency the Vice President of the University, Dr. Musallam bin Muhammad Al-Dosari, stated that this project is one of the projects that the university is proud of represented by the Agency, due to the honor of the party targeted by this project, which is represented in the houses of God Almighty.
His Excellency added that the Vice-Rectorate aims through this project to achieve a number of objectives, including: Taking care of all mosques in the governorates located within the geographical scope of the university, in stages, where the first phase begins with mosques belonging to Majmaah Governorate, which was determined by the Department of Islamic Affairs, Mosques, Dawah and Guidance in Majmaah Governorate, including building a base for joint work with various community bodies.
His Excellency the Undersecretary stressed that one of the very important objectives of this project is to support the university's orientation towards pushing the student to contribute to volunteer work directed to serve the community and its various institutions, as the implementation of this project is based on student volunteering to provide this great service that includes taking care of the House of God Almighty.
At the end of his statement, His Excellency the Vice President of the University, Dr. Musallam bin Muhammad Al-Dosari, thanked His Excellency the Director of Friday, for his continuous interest in all the activities of the university, and for his support for all the programs of the University Vice-Rectorate, especially directed to the community, and he also thanked the team working in this project, wishing them complete success in it.
