MU's rector, Saleh al-Mezal, welcomed a delegation of King Faisal Air Academy and BAE Systems Company. A meeting was held which addressed a number of initiatives and projects of common interests for both sides that are related to research, education, and industry.
Prof. Al-Mezal stressed the importance of forming partnerships with industrial companies and institutions to enhance development and training opportunities for students and faculty members.
The head of Academic and Technical Affairs expressed the company’s interest in enhancing cooperation opportunities in the field of education, research and innovation, promising to provide the necessary support to implement educational and research initiatives.
The delegation was accompanied by the acting vice-rector for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Prof. Muhammad al-Aboudi, and the dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Ali al-Saawi, in a tour to the company's booth and research centers to view the infrastructure of the university’s research centers.

MU signed a cooperation agreement with Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University (IAU) in research and scientific fields and knowledge transfer between the two sides. The memorandum was signed by Prof. Ahmed Rumaih, Vice Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Dr. Nihad Al-Omair, Vice-Rector for Development and Community Partnership. The signing ceremony was attended by Dr. Ali Al-Saawi, the dean of Research at MU, and Dr. Murad Al-Thubaiti, the dean of College of Engineering at IAU.
The objective of the agreement is to activate research collaboration and knowledge transfer between the two sides, including coordinating and facilitating joint work between researchers, funding joint research of mutual interest and exchanging academic, scientific, research, training, and cultural visits between the two sides.
Prof. Al-Rumaih pointed out that IAU is one of the leading universities in the Eastern Province and the Kingdom, and is well known for its excellence in different specialties. During our visit, we explored the College of Engineering facilities, including the exceptional laboratories and training centers, and the Medical Research and Consultation Institute.

The delegation visited the university for two days, during which a number of meetings and meetings were held, during which the university's procedures, practices and systems in the field of internal auditing were presented, in addition to reviewing a number of visions, perceptions and development proposals for many aspects.
This visit comes with the aim of reviewing the regulations, regulations, manuals and procedures of the university regarding the internal audit department, in addition to exchanging experiences in this field, in an effort by both sides to develop work according to the highest levels of performance, in a way that contributes to achieving common goals.

The university, represented by the Center for Employment Services and Alumni Affairs of the University Agency for Educational Affairs, signed cooperation agreements with a number of entities in the private sector, in order to prepare university graduates for the labor market and provide them with job opportunities, during a ceremony held on this occasion in the presence of His Excellency the President of the University, Prof. Saleh bin Abdullah Al-Mizil, and the Vice President for Educational Affairs, Dr. Muhammad bin Saleh Al-Aboudi, and a number of university employees and representatives of the parties participating in these agreements.

Taif University signed a memorandum of understanding with the university after signing an agreement with an American university, and memorandums of understanding with three Saudi universities, during its participation in the International Exhibition and Conference on Education held in Riyadh.
The memorandum of cooperation signed with Taif University, which defines areas of cooperation with the university in training services, academic research, information technology and systems, quality and institutional academic accreditation.
The memorandums of understanding signed by Taif University with the directors of Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, King Khalid University, and Majmaah University came to achieve the principle of cooperation, increase knowledge and exchange of experiences and competencies between Taif University and the leading universities in the world and Saudi universities in a way that serves the public interest and supports the process of progress and development in the Kingdom, and in application of the directives of the rulers to promote the concept of cooperation and coordination between government institutions in a way that does not conflict with their basic tasks in order to achieve integration and consistency of roles.

Under the guidance and follow-up of His Excellency the President of the University, a cooperation and partnership agreement was signed for training on the Cambridge Computer Certificate, between Majmaah University, represented by the Deanship of Community Service and Continuing Education, represented by His Excellency Dean Dr. Omar bin Musaed Al-Sharifi, and the Quality Education Holding Company, represented by His Excellency the Director General, Mr. Nader bin Ahmed Al-Harbi. The Cambridge Computer Certificate is an accredited certificate classified within the Ministry of Civil Service, and consists of two levels, the first beginner level, which lasts for three months, and the second advanced level, which lasts for six months. The certificate enjoys international accreditation issued by the University of Cambridge, and enables its holder to benefit from it in more than (150) countries around the world.
