College of Applied Medical Sciences organized a workshop entitled "Epidemiology specialization, reality and hope"

 

Amongst its activities for this year, a College of Applied Medical Sciences organized a workshop entitled "specialty Epidemiology, reality and hope" in the theater of the university. Dean of the College, Dr. Nasser Bin Ali Al-Jarallah said that this workshop comes within the framework of effort provided by the College to develop curricula and study plans and to upgrade the University programs, and to contribute to develop programs that meet the requirements of the labor market and to improve health services for the Saudi society through the prevention of epidemics risks, and the rehabilitation of the cadres of global competitiveness in the disciplines of public health. 

 

 And Dr. Al-Jarallah added, There was an invitation to all the competent authorities of the Ministry of Health and municipal, medical colleges in the Kingdom,  and King Khalid Hospital in Majmaah and the Sudair region for industry and  business and the number of graduates attended. The workshop was attended by more than 45 faculty members from the King Fahd Medical City and the Community College, and the College of Applied Medical Sciences, in addition to Faculty of Health graduates and some of the college students. The workshop has achieved remarkable success in the goal established for it. At the end of his statement, Al-Jarallah gave thanks to the Rector Dr. Khaled Al Muqrin for his support for such development workshops and various college programs also thanked all the participants in the workshop for their presence and interaction.
