The workshop was presented by Dr. / Mona Al-Desouqi, Assistant of Vice-Dean for Quality and Skills Development.

The aim of the workshop was to introduce the leaders to the new performance management policy issued by the Ministry of Civil Service, the performance management, and how to complete the evaluation forms of the staff performance assuming supervisory and non-supervisory roles.
