Vision, Mission and Goals

Vision:

The program should be a pioneer in the field of special education locally, regionally, and globally.

’Mission:

Qualifying students academically and train them on research with evidence-based practices to meet the needs of society and institutions related to persons with disabilities; supporting research projects to develop an academic system capable of competing in the scientific field; and serving people with disabilities in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

Goals:

1. Qualify students to be specialized in the field of special education and its subspecialties.

2. Train students to be competent researchers in the field of special education to meet the needs of society.

3.  Fulfill the university’s role and mission in serving Saudi society by improving the education system and advancing the process of human and civilizational cooperation.
