The director of the college's support services unit participates in the university's job performance evaluation workshop

The director of the Support Services Unit at the Applied College, Mr. Muhammad Al-Harbi participated in a workshop on job performance evaluation. The Deanship of Human Resources, represented by the General Administration of Managing Performance and Attendance under the patronage of the Vice Dean for Development and Investment, Prof. Musallam Al-Dosari, and follow-up and supervision by the Dean of Human Resources, Dr. Mansour Al Ghareeb.

The workshop addressed many topics including: the regulatory framework for performance management, the job performance charter, how to formulate smart goals, and determine the level of competencies to suit the university’s strategic goals, as well as the automation of evaluation procedures and the electronic transformation of performance evaluation.
