Definition:

 

This unit aims to coordinate with its counterparts in the Vice-Dean's Office for Educational Affairs and Development and the Vice-Dean's Office for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research to support the educational process according to the needs of students. The decision to assign its head is issued by the Dean of the College.

Organizational connection:

It is linked to the Dean of the College.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1- Striving to meet the requirements of the educational, research and administrative process.

2- Preparing the operational plan for students' departments.

3- Implementing safety and evacuation plans in emergency situations in coordination with the relevant authorities.

4- Conducting interaction and integration programs through joint scientific, cultural and sports activities, events and competitions at the university level.

5- Creating opportunities for students to participate in the university community.

 

6- Developing the necessary preventive and awareness programs to prepare female students to perform their social roles and promote the principles of the Islamic religion and values ​​and patriotism.

7- Study and follow up the labor market and its requirements and know the current and future need to determine the professional and personal skills required to keep pace with the university's outputs and both the Kingdom's Vision 2030 and the labor market.

8- Conducting introductory and awareness programs about the labor market.

9- Announcing exam instructions for all students, faculty members and supervisors, including the college's penalty regulations.

10- Supervising the progress of exams and classrooms in accordance with the number of students, taking into account cleanliness, ventilation and lighting, and providing drinking water.

11- Receiving suggestions from people with disabilities and chronic diseases, and presenting them to the various deanships and departments and address them.

12- Nurturing talented, creative and outstanding female students through various training programs.

13- Undertaking any tasks assigned within the scope of its specialization.
