Special Services Unit

Definition:

This unit is responsible for enhancing student satisfaction, understanding their needs, and adapting university services to suit them. The decision to assign its head is issued by the Dean of the College.

Organizational connection:

It is linked to the Dean of the College.

Responsibilities:

1 Follow up on the departure of students from the college in cooperation with the General Administration of Services.

2 Manage requests of student activity transportation via the electronic systems including ensuring students' safety.

3 Coordinate with the college's transportation services offices regarding the delay of transportation trips due to emergency weather conditions.

4. Addressing some wrong behaviors (unhealthy practices that are contrary to the provisions of Islamic law and public morals) -

5. Spreading awareness of the culture of mental and physical health. -

6. Contributing to solving problems resulting from family changes such as housing problems, marriage problems as well as workplace problems.

7. Boosting awareness in dealing with hormonal, physical and psychological changes in adolescence and the correct and disciplined ways to deal with them. -

8. Providing special care and support for people with disabilities and chronic diseases at the university

9. Carrying out any tasks assigned by the head
