Definition:

This Unit is responsible for organizing extracurricular activities in the college, and providing support services to students. The Dean of the College issues a decision to assign its head.

 

Responsibilities:

1 - Receiving loan requests via the Deanship's website. The procedures are completed remotely. 

2 - Receiving aid requests via the Deanship's website. 

The procedures are completed remotely. 

 

3 - Completing the procedures for flight discount form submitted to Saudi Airlines.

4 - Completing the procedures for clearance from the Deanship of Student Affairs.

5 - Submitting statements to other entities.

6 - Designing the activity plan for the new academic year and presenting it to the College Council for approval.

7 - Implementing the activity plans approved by the university.

8 - Educate the student culturally, socially, athletically and artistically as well as exploring his/her talents and nurturing them. 

9 - Building the student's personality culturally, socially, athletically and artistically as well as guiding him/her to achieve a balanced personality.

10 - Developing a sense of patriotism among students.

11 - Exploring students' talents and nurturing them.

12 - Enriching students' knowledge and hone their skills and values.

13 - Create a sense of fair competition and strengthening students' social relations with their colleagues, professors and community.

14 - Conducting periodic meetings between students, the dean of the college and vice-deans.

15 - Organizing greetings and recreational days for students.

16 - Organizing the dean's award competitions for outstanding students.
