Definition:
She is a faculty member assigned to supervise the organization of work at female campus, and manage its educational, administrative, financial and technical affairs in accordance with the regulations in coordination with the dean of the college, vice-deans and department heads. The decision to assign her is issued by the rector.
Organizational connection:
She is linked to the dean of the college, and she is also a member of the college council.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
1 - Coordinating the administrative and organizational relationship with the dean, vice-deans and department heads.
2 - Supervising the progress of educational, research, administrative and financial process.
3 - Supervising the preservation of the college's properties.
4 - Supervising the development of the workplace.
5 - Supervising the preparation of the job performance evaluation for employees.
6 - Supervising the maintenance of order and discipline.
7 - Representing the female students' sections in the college inside and outside the university.
8 - Follow up on the implementation of the operational plan
9 - Propose mechanisms for developing administrative performance.
10 - Supervise the implementation of safety and evacuation plans in emergency situations in coordination with relevant authorities.
11 - Supervise the needs of the female students' campus in terms of maintenance, safety, security and office equipment, and provide the Dean of the College with periodic reports on these works.
12 - Permanent coordination with the assistants of the college's vice-deans to achieve the goals of the college.
13 - Implementing the tasks assigned by the College Council or its Dean.
14 - Implement any tasks assigned within the scope of its power.
