The Registration Department undertakes the following tasks:
• Equivalence of internal and external courses.
Complete the procedures of changing students' results.
• Implement the decisions of: Student Academic Committee, Student Disciplinary Committee, and the university and college councils in everything related to student's academic progress.
• Implement all academic acts related to students, such as suspension.
• Complete registration for all students.
• Supervise the process of checking students' grades on a daily basis electronically.
• Enter study plans data (in Arabic and English) on the computer after being approved by the competent authority and follow up on those plans
Supervise timetables and follow up with the Student Affairs Units, ensuring that this is completed a month before the start of the next semester.
- Supervise students’ data on the computer, such as names in English.
- Prepare the academic calendar for next year.
