In order to raise the efficiency of its graduate students, the Department of Laboratories in Zulfi held a workshop about the Blood Bank and its activities under the sponsorship of Dr. Fahad Al-Thifiri- the College Dean- and Dr. Muhammad Al-Aydarous- Head of the Department of Laboratories. Some specialist professors explained the importance of the Blood Banks at the hospitals and its activities, tests and procedures. Then they visited the Blood Bank in Zulfi General Hospital and the activities and equipment inside were illustrated. The workshop saw a good interaction between the students and the professors, where students’ inquiries were answered by specialists at the hospital.
