Preparatory Program

Under the sponsorship of the dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences, Dr. Fahd Al-Dhefiri and the vice-dean for Academic Affairs, the vice-dean office launched a preparatory program for preparing the faculty for the new academic year.

These programs are quite significant in the professional development at prestigious universities worldwide. Program Objectives:

1- Introducing the new faculty members to the College, its vision and mission.

2- Helping the faculty members adapt to the new workplace and alleviating their concerns that might hinder their engagement in the new environment.

3- Informing the faculty of their rights and duties.

4- Presenting the sources of information available to the faculty members. 5- Developing the educational skills of the new faculty members. Target Audience new faculty members.
