Cybersecurity students launch cybersecurity awareness initiative in several colleges

In conjunction with the Cybersecurity Awareness Month, a group of students of the Cybersecurity major at the College of Computer Sciences and Information, sponsored by the Saudi Cybersecurity Society, organized awareness workshops in the Colleges of Business Administration and Applied Medicine.

Many students attended the workshops and learned about the concepts of cybersecurity including its basics and attacks such as phishing attacks and data loss and protection methods such as using strong passwords, two-factor authentication and avoiding using public networks.
