To provide services such as monitoring students’ attendance and encourage them for regular and on-time presence.

To investigate and settle any complaints and grievances submitted by students.

To ensure anonymity regarding all complaints for the safety of our students.

Providing necessary consultations to students in terms of their academic and non-academic problems in CCIS.

To enlighten students about their rights within CCIS and how to obtain them from official and legitimacy channels.

To coordinate among all the units of the college.
