The College of Computer and Information Sciences received its Prep. Program students. Students were welcomed by Vice-Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, Dr. Ali Al-Hamdan, on behalf of His Excellency the College Dean, as well as the heads of scientific departments, and a number of faculty members. The visitors toured the college classrooms and laboratories to be then accompanied by a number of faculty members, representatives of the Student Advisory Council and members of the student clubs and given an idea about the college's facilities.

A meeting was also held with college leaders, heads of scientific departments, a number of faculty members and supervisors of the academic units to clarify matters related to educational affairs, academic services, student activities and professional academies in the college. The meeting was also an opportunity to motivate students to work hard to meet the enrollment requirements in the College.

The meeting conveners facilitated then an open discussion between the visiting students, the college leaders and faculty members to answer their inquiries. The students' inquiries focused on the scientific specialties and the fundamental differences between them, job opportunities and the labor market needs for each specialty in KSA.

At the end of the visit the College leadership and its affiliates wished its Prep. Program students success and excellence to join CCIS  next year.
