Introductory Seminar on New academic disciplines at CCSI for Academic Year 1440/1441

Under the patronage of the Dean, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shehri, and under the guidance of the Vice-Dean for Educational Affairs, Dr. Talal Al-Harbi, the Academic Advising Unit at the College of Computer Science and Information conducted an introductory seminar to introduce student to the new academic disciplines taught at the college. The seminar was held in the presence of heads of departments, faculty and students. The supervisor of computer science department mentioned the new academic disciplines that will be taught, their objectives, courses in each discipline and job opportunities in the Saudi job market. The disciplines are: Data Science and Artificial Intelligence. The head of information technology department mentioned the new academic discipline that will be taught, its objectives, courses in the discipline and job opportunities in the Saudi job market. The discipline is : Cyber Security. At the end of the seminar, the vice-Dean, Dr. Al-Harbi demonstrated the concern of the college to introduce academic disciplines that are on high demand in Saudi and gulf job market as well as in renowned universities.
