The Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information, Dr. Mohammed Al-Shehri, received the representative of Supervisory Committee for Community Service Units, Dr. Bander Al-Hussan. In meeting held for this visit, Dr. Al-Hussan made a reference to the university’s concern to raise the number of exceptional community initiatives that serve the local community needs. The strategies of how a community initiative can be presented was also highlighted along with the full support of the deanship of community service to any remarkable initiative. The Dean, Dr. Al-Shehri highlighted the importance of community service and the role of the college in holding activities for the community. The Community Service Unit at the college exhibited the operational plan and activities of the college as well as the initiatives planned to be held for the community. The representative expressed his gratitude with this cooperation, promising that the deanship is ready to provide all required help.
