Computer engineering sciences represent the most developed field thanks to the qualitative leaps in the uses and applications of computers. Where computer engineering is concerned with both the physical and the software aspects, computer systems, signals and systems, digital signal processing, digital control, modeling and simulation, computer networks, optical fiber networks, network programming, network security, in addition to embedded systems.
The department is currently working to activate its programs, bearing the responsibility to adhere to the highest quality standards in its curricula, regulations, and administrative and academic regulations. The program is aimed to meet the needs of the labor market in line with the aspirations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and achieving Vision 2030.
