Dr. Alrukban the dean of Majmaah Faculty of medicine welcomed Dr. Abdul Rahman Mohammed Al Shahrani. Dean of Shaqra's Faculty of Medicine in his office in university city. The aim of the visit was to exchange experiences in administrating new colleges. The visit included discussion number of issues. These included recruitment of faculty members and the early establishment of Majmaah faculty of medicine curriculum committee which contained local and overseas experts. This committee lasted for one year and it adopted outcome based strategy in medical education. The total number of the outcomes was 59 outcomes. The dean also commented on the development of labs and how it was processed at the best existing fixtures and how to deal with the companies on this subject. At the end of the visit Dr. Alshahri accompanied Dr. Alrukban on a tour of college labs and classrooms through the Department of student Affairs. Dr. Abdulrahman Alshahrani extremely pleased with this visit which allows the exchange of experiences and expertise between colleges
