To be a leader in teaching the Arabic language and literature locally and regionally, and advancing scientific research and society.


The Arabic Language Department seeks to qualify students linguistically and professionally at the bachelor’s and master’s levels to contribute to improving society in accordance with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.


1- Qualify graduates in in Arabic language and literature.

2- Qualify graduates who are capable of competing in the scientific and research fields in accordance with the Vision 2030.

3- Enrich scientific research in Arabic sciences and literature.

4- Develop students' critical thinking and creative thinking skills 

5- Contribute to community service and improving its training and education.
