A training course was held by Training and Activity Units under the title "Leader's Making" with the leadership of Dr. Mubarak Al Saif, a leader development expert and member of the American Association for Leadership Development (ALDA). Dr. Mubarak talked about general concepts in leadership, the secrets of self-leadership and leadership excellence in the leader’s life. He also talked about brain programming that can achieve leadership excellence as well as effective communication skills. The number of attendees was more than 90 people in the students section. At the end of the session, a discussion was opened to students, and Dr. Mubarak answered all queries followed by giving attendance certificates. Dr. Mubarak Al-Saif is now working as a lecturer for some of the training lectures in education at the college.
