Training, in general, strives to equip individual with multiple skills to undertake a particular job. It also can be seen as a psychological change an individual undergoes to gain more knowledge and skills at workplace. With that in mind, the Training Unit (TU), associated with the Vice-Dean’s Office for Quality and Development, aims to conduct training courses for improving the academic skills of faculty members, the performance of administrative staff, the abilities and skills of students and the local community at large.
