The Academic Counselling Center at the College of Science and Humanities in Hawtet Sedeir (Female Section) held a course session entitled” Life Skills” on Sunday, 22/01/1438 at the College. The session-presented by Dr. Zainab Ja’far- addressed the following aspects: 1- Problem Solving Skills. 2- Time Management. 3- Stress Management. 4- Self-development. 5- Marriage Management. 6- Planning Skills. 7- Communication Skills. Several students who attended the session expressed their admiration of the course, hoping for more similar sessions in the future.
