Training Course Titled “How to boost your Mental Health”

Students Guidance and Counselling Unit of the female section organized in cooperation with Student Support Unit and Student Guide Team a training course for students under the theme “How to boost your Mental Health”. Presented by Dr. Nabilah Algraidah, the course discussed the relation between mental and physical health and their indicators. In addition, it explained signs of normal and abnormal mental health , mental health relativity and how to improve mental health. The course was concluded by answering audiences’ questions.
