A Training Session Held

The Student Advising Unit held a training session entitled "Anger Management Skills" on Thursday, 24/06/1438 in the Reception Hall to a number of students. The session addressed the introduction of abnormal emotions, their dimensions, causes, advantages and disadvantages, and ways to control them in life situations. The presenter also focused on anger management strategies, their effects on health, cause of anger and its treatment.
