CCIS Academic Advising Unit Meets Level 3 Students for Academic Program Selection

The academic advising unit and the heads of scientific departments held a meeting with third level students to introduce the academic programs in the college in preparation for student selection of the program to join in the fourth level. 
The unit members started the meeting by briefing students on the importance of the selection of the academic program on the basis of valid data and principles such as their scientific interests, labor market requirements, employment indicators and postgraduate programs. 
Then, the heads of scientific departments talked about the academic programs and their different tracks, the nature of the courses, the career opportunities in the labor market, and the employment statistics for college graduates in different disciplines 
The department heads received students' inquiries about the fundamental differences between the academic programs of the college and questions about the possibility of launching new tracks in the future. 
The meeting ended with the registration on the official forms of the academic guidance unit in the college of students wishing to join the academic programs.
