  2. تحديد الاحتياجات اللازمة للتخطيط في ضوء المؤشرات واستقراء الأحوال الجديدة والتوقعات المستقبلية.
  3.  اقتراح البرامج والمبادرات للخطط التشغيلية.
  4.  تحديد الجهات المسؤولة عن تنفيذ المبادرات ومتابعة تنفيذ المبادرات.
  5.  تحديد المبادرات المستمرة والمبادرات التي لم تنقذ عند نهاية كل خطة تشغيلية.
  6. اعداد دراسات حول القضايا التطويرية بالكلية.
  7. الإشراف على تنفيذ الخطط حسب توجيهات عمادة الجودة و التطوير .
