“Compensation Suit” Training Course

The Legal Club at the College organized a training course entitled "Compensation Suit" for the students of the law department on Tuesday, 1/07/1441. The course was held at the request of the Dean of the College Dr. Omar Al Omar and Head of the Law Department Dr. Saud Al-Mughour.

The course addressed the following points:

• Definition of a compensation suit and its characteristics
• The status and distinction of the compensation suit among other administrative suits
• Administrative liability as the basis for the compensation suit
• Rules of compensation assessment
• Formal terms of compensation suit admission
• Compensation suit procedures
• Judicial applications of the compensation suit

Dean of the College Dr. Omar Al Omar stressed that the courses are part of the preparations of the College for many activities, programs and events aimed at the development of students’ skills and capabilities.

The Dean also urged all students to participate in the activities and programs of the college for their self and professional development in the future.
