Macroeconomic Principles

Course Description

The objective of this course is to introduces the theoretical basis for economics, its methodology, and analyzing the economic activity and its different domains at the macro-level, i.e., at the national economic level and knowing macro economic units (markets and sectors).  The course also focuses on major economic problems (recession, unemployment, inflation) and policies to tackle it.

1. Explain and clarify concepts and fundamental principles of macroeconomic
2. Learn methods used in the economic field
3. Develop students' skills to compare theoretical studies with the reality 
4. Help students to understand the interpretation of the national economy movement
