"E-Course Platforms" Course

The Student Activity Unit held a training course entitled "E-Course Platforms" presented by Mr. Mahmoud Obeidat, Lecturer at the Department of Computer Science at the College.
This session addressed aspects of e-course platforms:
• Concept and importance of platforms
• Types of e-course platforms
• The challenges facing e-course platforms in the Arab world
• Review of some international platforms in Arabic and English
The course included practical training applications on a number of e-course platforms in Arabic (Adraq, Riwaq, Studis) and in English (coursera, udacity, Khan Academy).
The Dean of the College, Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al-Omar, said that these courses come within the preparations of the College for many activities and programs targeting students.
He also stressed the need to provide students with all the courses they need to develop their abilities.
