'Time Management' Course

The Student Activity Unit held a training course entitled "Time Management" which was presented on Monday 09/07/1439 by Dr. Tarek Jah Al-Rasool Hassan, Assistant Professor at the Department of Business Administration.

The course touched on the most important points and concepts in time management, including:
1. The concept of time
2. Benefits of time management
3. time wasting reasons

The course included practical training sessions for the important time management aspects.

It also aimed at:
1. Developing participants' perceptions of the importance of time as one of the scarce resources
2. Clarifying the reasons for losing control over time, indicating the effects and how to deal with them
3. Developing participants' skills in effective time management to increase their practical abilities in time management and control

The Dean of the College, Dr. Omar bin Mohammed Al-Omar, confirmed that these courses are part of the college's preparations for many activities, programs and events aimed at its students.

He also stressed the need to provide students with all the necessary courses to develop their abilities.

He also noted the desire of the students of the College to participate in the activities and programs offered by the College.
